Banana Bread Cake

Banana Bread Cake






    Ingredients:
  • Maida                 -  1 cup
  • Banana                - 1 ripe
  • Egg                      - 2
  • Granulated Sugar  - 1/2 cup
  • Butter                 - 1/2 cup
  • Walnut                - 3 tbsp
  • vanilla essence     - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt                     - 1/4 tsp






Method:

==> First Mash the banana well and set aside. In a wide bowl butter ( at room temperature) and sugar, beat well.
==> Once the sugar is completely blended with the butter and the eggs and beat it well until fluffy. Add vanilla essence, mix once.
==>  Now add the mashed banana, salt and mix well. Add the flour in portions and mix well until combined well. Finally add in the chopped walnuts.
==>  Pre-heat oven 350F for 10 minutes. Meanwhile grease the pan and after the preheating time, pour the butter into greased pan and bake it for 40-45 mins.
==> Test by inserting a fork/knife in the middle of the bake, if it comes out clean then your cake is ready.Completely cool then cut into slices and serve.
